thanks alot man... but i live in sri lanka... i dnt knw how far this might work.. :/  if sennheiser keep on ignoring me like this... i will never buy anything from them ever again no matter how good they sound.

Try to get into contact with that Sennheiser agent who posted not too long ago. Although don't get your hopes up hes never responded to any of my PMs either. rolleyes.gif

i never had any kind of a idea where that sennheiser was a bad after sales company?  i mean come on?? even today i sent the same old email 3 tyms?? WTF? if sennheiser do sponsor HEAD-fi , then they have to freaking care about the people who buys them and appreciate them...  i have shure , westone , etymotics , monster products .... had built quality issues and claimed warranty for them with no pain.. 

 

can a sennheiser agent help me here...  why u guys are not replying my mails?? why are u guys backing off???

From what I can see, Sri Lanka Sennheiser is an agent and not 'Sennheiser' if you feel they're treating you unfairly, contact Sennheiser Germany Head Office.

 

btw, there's only guy that visits from them here on the forum and unlikely that the Sri Lankan agent comes on at all.

there are no Srilankan agents here my friend...  and mostly i believe im the only srilankan  here at headfi.. lol  its just not even my local sennheiser dealer... even sennheiser Singapore did the same... so i sent couple of emails to sennheiser usa... no luck there as well... arnt these customer service agents  are supposed to Help customers???

... That's a scary story man. Lately, I have been constantly swapping cables on my ie80 as to determine whether the 250 silver upgrade was justified. >.< hopefully the Canadian Senn customer dept. will be much more accommodating when the same mishap happens to my ie80s

 

My condolences.

 

** On another note, i have learned to love the tape mod. Spent a week with the tape mod and decided to remove it yesterday... Like H20Fidelity said, "...just needed some burn-in...".

I scared more than ever.... :)  but when i gave a call to sennheiser singapore... they were quite friendly and awsome...  i couldnt believe how weird the experience.( a part from the horror i had).  so far they told me to ship the item ( im sending it 2mrw )  ill update here once when i get any other feedback from them....     thanks alot for helping me out guys! really appreciate all the posts.. :)

Hey guys, still waiting for my Comply tips to arrive in the mail. Struggling with the stock foam tips, they feel quite slick on the outside and want to slide out of my ears all the time.
 

Hopefully they Comply's will sort this out, I am getting pretty annoyed.
