Power adapter for Fiio E9

I'm in the process of buying an E9 here on Head-Fi, but the guy is selling from UK, so he has a UK Power adapter.

Is there a way I can buy just the US Power adapter for the E9? I've tried googling, but to no avail.

yeah a plug converter should be fine

I went through this myself with my E9. It came with a UK plug. a cheap plug converter did not work. i had to transform the voltage.

so, I went on ebay and I bought a new 110V US power adapter for the E9 for around 10 bucks. the key values are 15V DC out and 1.5 Amps. simple.

Just a heads up, but those cheap ones are often terrible quality. They have very high ripple & noise. More often than not, if you can find a 15V laptop power brick and just change the connector you'll end up with cleaner power, as computers have very low tolerances for that sort of thing. They usually offer better transient response too.

I don't know how much of a difference you'd hear with an E9, but it could be worth checking out.
