DIY headphones - parts?

Thread Starter

Was looking into maybe buying a cheap set of phones to mess around with, where would one buy decent drivers to go in them? had a quick google and nothing comes up, not even replacement drivers for headphones.

Surely there must be somewhere on the interweb to buy just the speakers on their own.

UK sources preferable :)

buy a pair of ksc75 and slap em in there

ksc75 don't have removable drivers, the diaphragm, magent, and case are all one assembly.

As for replacement drivers in the UK, polar audio sell beyerdynamic drivers

I have put the whole KSC-75 in another headphone. Methinks thats what zammykoo is talking about.
