searching for speakers + amp for 7,000$

Hi after many headphones its time to move on to get my house to the next lvl of music and movies sound.

It will be connected to my pc so i will need a good receiver\amp to move the speakers.

I'm listening to rock pop country classic jazz electronic so the speakers needs to be dynamic and wide range

The setting i'm looking for is 2.1 or 2.0 if the speakers have good base (i'm not a base head)

and they will be an a small room (10x10) so i don't have much space

I know it's a lot to ask and it's hard to fined speakers for small rooms and a good amp/receiver that connects to a pc but that is all i got i don't watch tv (for my opinion wast of money when u have everything free on the internet and the Israely tv sucks big time)

p.s

the speakers needs to be fair for games to

Thx for all the help :)

p.p.s

it can be a vintage one to but from israel :)

and i found Von Schweikert VR-2 for 2k are they any good?

the budget its down to 3,000$ due to some money issue :(

$7,000 is quite a budget!

I'd be tempted to recommend the Linkwitz Orion, but it would be hard to place themmin your room. The less expensive Linkwitz Pluto would work, though, and it is excellent. I've been tempted to order one for the bedroom. I have the parts for the Orion, but haven't built it yet. I will probably order the parts for a Pluto to use as a bedroom system.

Right now, my listening room is about the same size as yours. I'm running ProAc Response 2.5 clones. Amazing bass: down -3dB at 25Hz and -7dB down at 20Hz. I sometimes wonder where the subwoofer is. Used ones turn up around $2,00-$2,500. I recommend them, but they're not quite as specal as dipoles. With $7k, you could pair them with something wonderful, like a McIntosh MC275. I run them from a Conrad-Johnson MV52 (EL34, push-pull) that sounds great.

You might also look at Quads. Your budget will cover ESL-57/63/988/989 models. They're designed to work in smaller rooms, but keep an eye on placement and repair costs. These speakers are not as reliable as dynamics, but the sound quality is worth the tradeoff IMHO. I have a pair of ESL-63s, but the 2.5 clones work better in my current living arrangement.

What about some Klipsch Kornwalls and some McIntosh?

the first  Klipsch Cornwalls? or the mark 3 ones?

Well IMO Klipsch's are very all round speakers and you wont be sad about their bass or their sound. The McIntosh tube mono blocks or preamps, etc; should round out that sound to sound better for sure.
