Another option is an amp with an upgradable power supply, like the Graham Slee Novo or the Channel Islands VHP-2.

At a later stage you can upgrade the power supply.

I can't comment on the sound quality when used with the ATH - AD2000 or Beyerdynamic T1 though as I never listened to them.
