Hi I have a pair of M-audio av40s and a Sony Vaio Z2. Whenever the audio plug twists or moves in the jack (like when i move the computer around) it makes a crackly sound. If its completely still its fine. What is the source of this problem, the computer, speakers, or wires? If it is the wires, I can get new ones. Is there a certain specification I should look for that prevents crackling?
Also, I know relatively normal to get crackling when you plug it in and i usually turn the speakers off before I do so anyway but is there a way to avoid this as well?
