Well, Shane has just gone and bought one. Anyway, I need a headphone amp.

I just hope the Heed will be OK driving my headphones.

AKG K240 MKII

AKG K240M

AKG K240 Sextett LP

Grado SR80 

Senn HD600 (I've read people don't rate them with the Heed)

CanAmp is here. I agree with what the people say about the build quality. Its good & nice.

 

Hope this amp will be OK with my AKGs.

How much can I expect to pay?

I've always been interested in this amp, but it isn't the easiest to find out price and availability.

I've seen second hand Heed CanAmps sell for at least £200 in the UK. But I think it depends on the age and condition etc.

What inside the Heed CanAmp drives the headphone? Is it a chip?
