Hey guys, I want to pick up a pair of Sennheiser HD25 headphones, they have a detachable 3.5mm cable. Is it possible to get a replacement cable that has iPhone controls/mic built in? Or is this support necessary to be built into the actual headphone. Not too experienced in this area, any help is much appreciated!

Replacement headset cable with iPhone controls?
I would also like to know about this subject. One of my dogs chewed the cable of my Audio-Technica ATH-WS55i, and since have I tried to repair them each time a contact goes bad (I don't know what's the name in english for a "falso contacto" in spanish). These headphones have mic and (3) buttons built-in into the cable. I would like to replace the complete cable, because I'm tired of reopening it and trying to make good junctions (and also, the cable at the plug is starting to fail).
It would rock if I could find a replacement cable with the mic also built in. Does anyone know the best replacement cable for this application? If not, I would also like to know what is the best option for cables without mic and/or button(s) The ideal cable length is 1.2 m.
