New earpads for V6's

I've had a pair of V6's for several years now and the earpads are totally worn out. All the black coating on the earpads has worn off and all thats left is the foam

Anyway, I've been told the Beyer DT-250 earpads fit well on the V6's. Then someone else told me that there are two different kinds of pads for the DT-250s and only one type fits on the V6s.

Does anyone know in fact which pads I should order when calling Beyer?

The velour pads for the 250 fit perfectly on the V6s.
