Amps, those things between the cd player and headphones which I need,

I have a Kenwood Cdplayer, which needs an amp.
I will be using it only for headphone use,
the Cdplayer has RCA output.
Suggestions?
I currently use Samson Sr850's (32ohm)
but am looking to upgrade these at soon, so I can use my Cd player, rather than my computer, or mp3 player.

What should I be looking at?
I do unfortunately have a low budget (around £100 [$160])
I hope theres something of decent sound and quality for this...

Also I am in New Zealand, not sure if this has any impact, but mains voltages are different here to overseas
