Pin configuration in K1000 XLR connector

Can someone tell me about or point me to a description of the pin configuration in the stock K1000 XLR connector? I.e. which is left and right channel, which is + and -

You can find out if you have a multimeter.

I have a multimeter, but I don't think that can get me + and -

for that matter, I don't think it gets me left/right either
