I need a converter that doesn't need Admin rights. Please help.

Hi there, i just noticed my player doesn't read FLAC files =(  So I need a converter so i can pass my FLAC files to WAV but the computer i use doesn't let me install any converter program because they need admin rights.

 

Does anyone know which program can be installed without Admin rights?

foobar2000 - just select portable mode during setup.
