Apparently some slight exercise could help , provided that you HAVE to stay awake. If not, go to sleep.

if it's one thing to not do is drink any caffeine if your trying to stay awake. caffeine will do nothing but give you a quick high and make you crash big time. best thing to do is eat high protein and no carbs during the night. high protein will keep you up. drinking lots of water to as well can help cause it will help keep your body hydrated.

play lots of energetic music like lot of electronic music of different genres(gabber, hardstyle, industrial, house, ect.) no genres like ambient,trip-hop/downtempo or anything slow and relaxing. exercise can keep you up to but that's if you don't over do it to exhausting.

i don't know what your staying up for and i don't have to know either. i just suggest it's best to get full night rest all the time. i mean i found pulling an all nighter do have benefits but only if you do it once in awhile. you can get a higher euphoric rush when pulling all nighters cause your body(i forgot what's it called) shuts down a certain part and the body becomes unbalance. that's why sometimes insomnia is good for people with depression cause the euphoric rush you get from pulling an all nighter.

problem with lack of sleep is lack of concentration and your thinking pattern becomes out of whack cause your brain needs rest and you can end up with immune system problems as well. there is a bigger downside to staying up.

I always found it useful to have some omnomnoms when trying to pull an all nighter, other than that, the reason why you are trying to stay up all night should be important enough in itself to keep you awake.

Good luck =P.

Keep a baby around the house. Preferably under six months.

Alternately, get a cat and don't feed it on nights when you need to stay up.

For whatever reason, summer vacation, ive been staying up around 2-4 AM. I drink lots of water, and just do research, read reviews, etc.

1. Get a pair of tweezers.

2. Epilate.
