Schiit Valla compared to a Millett Minimax

I'm looking at purchasing the Schiit Valhalla and I've read several reviews but wanted to get some input here as well.  My experience with amps is limited, so wanted to see if someone could compare it to an amp that I am familiar with, the Minimax hybrid.

 

I'm not looking for a disertation, just trying to get my bearing in regards to the Valhalla and how it compares to what I have now.

Ok, one last bump then I'll let it go.  I could go ahead and order the Valhalla and do the comparison myself, but was trying to get input before I did that.  It looks like I may end up doing that and if so I will update this thread with my thoughts.

The Schiit Valla  is an all tube model as compared to the hybrid Millett Minimax. Unless I am using Grado headphones the  Schiit Valla   is a good choice. Otherwise building from a  Millett  kit is fun once you learned soldering skills.
