Hello all! I have recently picked up a pair of Technics EAH820 for $2 at a garage sale. The pleather is gone, but what remains is so comfy. It amazes me that you don't find headphones that fit this well under $100. Guess I saved $98! Haha.

Anyways, I need to recable them, but have no way of getting into them. There are no exposed screws and the ear pads feel to be glued on. Anyone familiar with these? I have seen photos of the innards, just don't know how they got them apart. I just got some cheap cable as my local store had nothing too fancy, and if this works, I will save up for some quality stuff... Thanks.
