Custom molds for TF10

I've just bought those IEM and was thinking about going to the audiologist to get some molds, but my question is can they disassemble the drivers shell and put the instruments floating in the silicon like the expansive UE, or they'd just stick the whole ear piece in the mold ? cause the last choice would probably make it look ridiculous. Did anyone ever tried to disassemble the TF10 to put inside a mold by itself ?

Thanks for any input on this.
