Will I get Dolby Headphone on Xbox 360?

I plan to install http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Sound-Card-Xonar-DG/dp/B0045JHJSS on my computer soon.

It supports Dolby Headphone 5.1 and has a built-in headphone amplifier. I mostly game on Xbox 360 and the audio setup will be like this:

1) Red/white jacks plug into an adapter. Adapter is then plugged into the 3.5mm green audio port on the rear panel on the computer.

2) Headphones are plugged into either the rear panel or front panel headphone port (not sure which one I should do, I haven't bought the headphones yet)

3) I get video from my computer monitor using a Microsoft VGA HD cable.

Anyway, I read on this site (or I thought I did), that a sound card will only input or output one source at a time, and that if you want 5.1 Dolby surround sound, you need to buy an amp, like an Astro Mixamp, or else you receive stereo.

So I had two questions if I buy the sound card:

1) Will I still be able to plug the Xbox and the headphones into aforementioned ports and receive sound?

2) Will I receive Dolby Headphone or only stereo, even though the sound card has a built in headphone amp?

I'm 99% sure you can get stereo sound.

Not sure if the Xonar DG and take the stereo input and convert to Dolby 5.1, But I would guess no.
