you can get them for a good price at lendmeurears.com but I think their site is under renovation

Looks like Lendmeurears is still selling them on ebay while they redo the site, or you could just shoot them an email.

ww.earphones on ebay also sell the GR07 if lendmeurears is out of stock and if you look at the where to buy thread for the GR07 there is another ebay reseller that is authorized.

My preferences from your list:
TF10 > DBA-02 > ER-4P > HF5

Unfortunately the TF10s do not fit well (just tried a friends) so they are out of the picture. I can get a really good deal on Grado GR8 but I am not sure what the isolation will be like on a plane...
