I think Hifiman HM-801 is one that satisfies the criteria. What are the other alternatives?

a dap with an optical in??  dont you mean an optical out?  I dont think any dap has an optical input.

I was thinking a PS3 optical out. So it will be great if there is a DAP with optical in. If not, then I will buy a optical to coaxial adapter.

All the daps I can think of just have outputs. Why would you want to hae a playstation 3 output its sound into your dap?

Because I want my DAP to double as a small footprint dac+amp
