AVID mBox Pro 3 DAC/ADC/headamp quality?

I need a good audio interface, and it's difficult to run audio in through an interface and then out through a dac.  It adds latency, etc, so I'm thinking of selling all my gear and buying an mbox pro.

The new mbox 3rd revision's pro version; how is it?  All of it.  Every aspect of it.

 

AVID scraps EVERYTHING in between revisions, so opinions on the first and second do not apply.

You should check on gearslutz, people there are more informed when it comes to that kind of gear.
