(Fixed by my own)Serious issue, need help- Auditor & AGD Moon

Hey guys,

today I received 2 Audio GD Moon OPAs and extension leads. I installed them so the semi-circular shape on the OPA goes where the same shape is marked on the socket. I used extension leads as the caps block OPAs to be inserted without the extension leads. I turned on the amp and heard hum and buzz at the same time and then smoke started coming from the amp. I powered it off, put old opamps back in and the amp still works and it seems to be unaffected. It was on for less that 5 seconds. I'm not sure what went wrong but is it possible the OPAs aren't compatible with the auditor? Burson OPAs work according to some impressions on the forum. I will make some photos tonight when I come from work.

thanks for any help, Peter

I was just thinking: I bought the dual OPAs. Are those meant to be used for both channels? So one dual OPA for 2 channels? Because I used two dual opas for left and right channel.
