DRC Error: Silkscreen overlapping Stop Mask

I'm about to submit my first PCB for manufacture but I need to sort out some DRC errors first; everything checks out fine except for a number of "Stop Mask" errors. The picture below shows pretty well what's happening, the silkscreen layer (yellow) is overlapping the pad, but this is using components from the bundled libraries so surely there shouldn't be an issue?

Any ideas how I can fix this? I don't really want to turn off the entire layer.

Unless the board house rejects it, it will be fine.

Well it seems to have passed their verification process so I assume it's all okay. Thanks for the help, much appreciated.
