Thanks for the updates. It's really informative and helpful to see the decision processes and comparisons that are made.

 

Congratulations on the HD600. I think a lot of people have said that their strength is that they don't do anything wrong, while still being strong in most areas. Some day I'm going to have to get in some extensive listening of the HD600 and HD650 together; the difference of opinions on these two is fascinating.

For me, the rev1 provided an even more realistic and tonally rich midrange than the HD600, while providing considerably greater slam, bass extension, and overall increased dynamics with fast music. So now, my beloved HD600 are up for sale :(

I see the LCD-3 is coming out - ready to sell your 2's ?
