Opinions about Sennheiser PX200-II replacement

Hey guys so basically ive been wanting to change my Sennheiser PX200-IIs for quite awhile now and i have been doing some research, and the Sennheiser HD25s and Sony XB500s have been mentioned a couple of times and might be to my liking. However i've never tried them before but i've read good stuff about them and the XB500s particularly on the bass?

Anyway, are there much different of these two headphones compared to my current ones now? And, out of the 2, which one would be a better choice?

The two headphones are very different. The XB500 is a known bass monster where as the HD25 has a nice emphasis on the bass but not exactly super high quantity. It would depend on your preference, not to mention the two cans have a massive price gap. Whats your budget and how do you plan to use your headphones, for portable use or just home use?

I'd definitely get a pair of 25s over the xb500s.. But, as people have mentioned. they are two different beasts and two different price levels.
