I had these sharp looking phones made using the German beyer MANUFAKTUR site, then had Larry at headphile balance and re-cable with 2 meter Black Gold and gold-plated pins, stainless-steel shell Neutrik XLRs (NC MX-HD).
If you like the beyer sound, and can drive 600 ohm phones, these are the closed cans of choice.
Nikongod (Ari) was good enough to shoot some photos that he will post shortly. A number of head-fi members have listened to these at various meets and are always amazed -- these are not your Dad's 770s. Way better -- 600 ohm magic.

I am only selling because I have too many closed phones now -- my wife has abandoned her Denons for new beyers -- and not enough amps to drive these. My new (second hand) Senn 800s have claimed the second slot on the QES HPBA2 (880s/600 are in the first slot). My new (second hand) D7000s have taken over closed phone duty as well.
