which amp for AKGQ701?

 Hey guys I am thinking about buying an amp for my akg q701. It will be fed from my Audio-gd NFB 12(USB input), and I do want   some warm sound and more bass for my q701.

    As i searched through the forum, I found good reviews of  matrix m-stage, schiit Lyr/Valhalla/Asgard . My budget will be around $500, and I also might get a hd650 sometime soon so a kinda universal amp will be really nice to have. I ll really appreciate your input for recommendations!

Schiit Lyr will "wake-up" the 701s.  You'll hear them for the first time like they were meant to be heard.

QFT, and right on budget. The Lyr is voiced for the K701 according to the designer. The best I've ever heard them was out of a Lyr.
