Hey I'm new to high-fi and well to real quality audio. I've always loved music but never had money to get real headphones.

 

I only have 50 bucks I've been looking at A LOT of headphones. I was wondering if you guys/girls could help me. This is the first good/decent pair of headphones I'll buy. I've narrowed them down to three which are:

I want a pair with very good bass,and isolation...... but also with decent highs and mids. If you could possibly help me decide which one is better i would deeply appreciate it.

Given your current budget constraints, don't overlook the used market either.  Check your local Craigslist, etc., as well as local eBay sellers close to you.  You'll save on shipping charges if you can pick the item up.  If you consider used, you might find something originally in the $90 - $110 range selling for $50.  It's worth a try.  Good luck to you.

Thanks for the suggestion but i read a few reviews and it says the bass is weak and thats one of the most important aspects im looking for.

If you want to buy new with warranty, the JVC HARX700 are ridiculous for the under-$40 pricetag. Ridiculous in a very good way, of course. Strong bass, strong mids, amazing clarity. The only downside is recessed highs and a bit weak in instrument imaging; but I've never heard better under $40.

Edit: Frankly, I've never heard better in full sized headphones that MSRP at under $100, nevermind just $40. They completely trounce a pair of ATH AD500 I have.

The RX700 has the bass you're looking for but IMO the midrange is kind of weak, it might do it for you though. The Creative Aurvana Live! is a little over budget but supposed to be good too.
