Best in ear headphones for around 100$

Hello everyone, as the title says, I'm looking for 100$ in ear headphones. I looked over the internet for reviews, but they all are very disaccording, some suggesting the Klipsch Image S4, while others Etymotics MC3. I listen to a lot of musical genres, mainly rock, hip-hop/rap and electronic. What's your take?

Thank you very much for your suggestions.

Sony EX510, Turbine, HJE900, CKS90 and if you raise your budget little then EX600 are highely recommended and they can compete with very highend IEMs.

They are bass light compared to above IEMs but amazingly clear, detailed across all frequencies and good deal for the price.

I'd recommend against the Monster Turbines and Klipsch S4. The Klipsch is very sibilant to my ears (even though it has great bass), and the regular Turbines are nothing special for the price. From your music genre list, it sounds like you enjoy feeling music a bit more than analyzing it. Maybe I'm wrong, but if that's true, I would recommend the NuForce NE-700X, which have a bit of a grainy high end but excellent bass, soundstage, and impact. If you want a more even-toned earbud, nearly any Etymotic in the ~$100 price range would be a good buy.

Strangely I would recommend the Klipsch S4 and Turbine (and maybe Jamz), especially for the genres you quoted. You should audition yourself, if you can. One man's meat, another's poison - I tried the Shures 315/425/535 and Senn IE7/8....and I cannot understand why I want to waste so much for these, and I went for Monster MDT for my money's worth. If it's discomfort to your ears, the absolute best will still be like blu-tack in your ears.
