EMU 0204 USB vs M-Audio Fast Track MKII / Pro

Hi! I was going to get 0404 USB, but it's completely out of stock everywhere. So I was wondering if 0204 USB will be good enough for recording? My available computers are PC with XP and laptop with Windows 7. I will be recording 1 Mic (voice) + digital piano via line in/out or whatever else that's called, but it will be direct sound, so I don't need MIDI at the moment (0204 doesn't feature that anyways). Will 0204 will be powerful enough to record these 2 things at the same time? Is it good for recording? Also I was wondering about balanced/unbalanced outputs as EMU homepage states this is great for recording because features balanced outputs, is it right?

At the moment I'm also looking at M-Audio Fast Track series. For my current budget the best deal would be to by Fast Track MKII, but it doesn't feature MIDI and I also wonder about it's ability to deliver... Fast Track Pro is a safer but double the cost. Is it worth it? Or better to get MKII for now and then later invest in some more serious equipment?

Thanks!

No, alas, the analog line outputs are not balanced.

But the 0204 has excellent numbers nonetheless.
