my headphone broken???

im new to iem

i got brainwavz m3 ...

today i feel it doesnt sound like before ... it seem no bass = ="

what problem with it? it can be repaired or its dead and cant repair?

The M3s lose a lot of bass quantity after burning in, this is normal.

i know but my m3 now sounds very bad ... = =" ... yesterday i still feel its bass ... but now i cant hear anybass ... lol ... m1 sounds better than it now ... :|

one problem i already found is ... right ear sounds better than left :((

i bought it 6 months ago ... so i dont think probem is after-burnin in

OK, email customer support, that is not right.  Maybe you have a bad seal, but I doubt that if you were feeling impact yesterday.
