Happens from time to time when I experiment with new tips on a new IEM. (typically finding the right size of Comply tip)

That's why I do this at home where I have precision tweezers on hand, as it's impossible to extract these without tools.

LOL this just happened to me last week as I was pulling my A151s out. It was pretty painful 'cause I was using triple flanges. In the end I took the L-plug on my CX300s, inserted it into the tip and wriggled until it came out.
