as i'm listening to my headphones plugged from toshiba via usb to dac/amp to headphones, I noticed the music was often disrupted by a static-ey burst, like the sound you get when you plug your headphones in or take them out and the volume is on, however much fainter. I unplugged my DAC/amp and plugged headphones straight into laptop, and the problem remained. Is this because i'm using hard to drive headphones, or is something in my laptop faulty? The files i'm playing are flac files, via VLC media player. is it the media player's problem? After plugging my dt880 600 ohms into my android phone's 3.5mm jack, it actually sounds better, since the music is clean without blips. This happens to both my dt880's and LCD-2 rev.2's

Anyone know what's going on?
