how to lose fat: go on the zone diet, run 3 miles every day and lift weights... fat melts off, but the weight stays the same... it's added muscle!

I have to assume that whomever started this post looked at the pictures that I posted from the Chicago meet as well as those posted from the Detroit meet.Doug's article in soundstage could'nt have helped.I look like a cow in that pic.
