Can transfering music from cheap mp3 player to new computer ruin the audio quality?

I wasn't sure where else to post this but here's my question.  I have an iPod Shuffle (latest gen) then I got a new computer, so I transfered the little songs I had onto the computer. So does that ruin the audio quality since technically the music came from a Shuffle? For example I had Maxwell's Silver Hammer by The Beetles on the Shuffle,  though I paid $1.20 for "premium" and iTunes claims all the Beetles songs were "re-enginered" or whatever the song has quite a bit of white noise in the background. I didn't pay attention to the quality on the old computer where I originally purchased it so I guess if anything, to see for myself is to delete it and re purchase it to see if quality changed or not.

No, it won't.

It is just copy and paste so it shouldn't effect anything.
