Is there a software that can batch remove gaps from the end of tracks? Preferably without re-encoding them. I need something that will just auto-trim and save.

I found slice audio splitter which seems to have the capability to do exactly this task, you can load lots of files and it will save them without re-encoding, but it's limited to a minimum 1 second silence spot before it will make the cuts, some of my tracks have less than that so this isn't working.
These are many of mix albums that I ripped in the past and no longer have so I can't re-rip them.
Most of the time you can get gapless playback by telling your media player to do so.
Yeah I'm aware of that but I want to trim the files permanently so I can use them wherever I want and not just on a computer media player.
Also at this point I don't even care if they get transcoded I just want them fixed.
Doesn't it kinda depend on the song itself? Some songs start/stop abruptly, and others fade out. I can't imagine you want to cut any of the actual song off.. There's really nothing to "fix". I'm guessing, but I think there just has to be a gapless playback on every PMP availabe with or with out added plug-ins. If you do just want to cut off silence off a song, The easiest, all bet more time consuming, is get Audacity. Highlight the part you don't want, and press delete.

They are continuous mix albums, not regular music cds. When I ripped them in the past the software put gaps in the tracks, they need to be removed physically. I can do this manually in Audition but there are a very great many which makes it a tedious task.
