I just got my HM-602 BNIB off of ebay, and everytime i plug it in it loads the usb data exchange screen and then goes to the normal menu and the drivers don't fully load and i cannot load files to it. USBDAC functionality works as promised though. Any ideas?

A very all-round headphone for me. Just the right one to take on the go or on holiday. Also as a DJ, nice noice isolation. Very durable so you don't have to wonder if it will break if you throw...

I auditioned the SRH-1840 straight out of the box, and was unsatisfied with the sound, so I decided to give them a period of break-in. Recent scientific studies have shown definite differences...

I didn't think of TEAC when I began searching for a dedicated CD player. My initial short list included Denon, Cambridge, Marantz, Onkyo. The Teac intrigued me, so I went for it. It is very...

Hard luck. Exchange.
Just tried my shipmates computer, and it works fine...relieved, but does anyone know why it would be doing this?
It may have mysteriously turned off or was turned off while it was in the middle executing a command . I always try to pause or stop players & return to main menus before I shut them off. Many players have a reset button on them that will clear out these miss commands & the player will reboot to the factory default start up when you restart the player. On the HM-602 there is small hole on the bottom edge with no markings that a small paper clip will fit, this is the reset button. I would imagine it's not a good idea to use this button too often, but it will restore normal function to the player if used carefully.
