Fake Audio Technica ATH ES7's?

Hey, just started on this forum and so far has proved to be most awesome.

I'm currently after a new pair of cans to replace my Phillips Stretch's and have been looking at the Audio Technica ATH ES7 and ES55's. I'm more inclined to go for the ES7's as judging by what I've heard about them they sound badass. I've seen a couple pairs on ebay which having read through some other threads I realise are likely to be fake, but nevertheless was just wondering if someone could shed a little light on it. They are up for £60 which rang a few alarm bells. There is a link to them here and the seller emailed me some more photo's http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280710500098&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT#ht_542wt_1398. Cheers

I can't say that I have much experience with the white models, but from the looks of them, they look suspicious. What makes me say that is mostly the rim around the cups themselves - they shouldn't be as shiny as the cups are. Still hard to tell from the pictures, but here are some of legit ones :
