Not yet actually. They are in the hand of a dude I know who is currently staying in Japan. I can ask him to ship my earphones back but I am low on cash and I want to save my money, so I will have to wait till June when he takes a plane back here. Meanwhile I am also waiting for short bi-flanges I bought for cheap from a head-fier, hope they will be here soon

aaaahhh the wait is killing me.

After randomly picking several pages to see if this had been mentioned already, I gave up:

Does anyone know which comply tips fit the 90s? I got mine on Amazon Warehouse and it only shipped with two pairs, neither of which are particularly comfortable.

Any input would be great!

You are supposed to read at least 75 pages, given that this thread already reached 100+ pages . Or maybe just use the search funtion, It's there for a reason.

Anyway, I read somewhere that Comply TS 500 works well with these 90s

and a heads up for anyone planning on buying a pair: Amazon jp is selling another used (extremely rare) limited red fxt90 pair, so go  for it

http://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/offer-listing/B004W4X64C/ref=dp_olp_used?ie=UTF8&condition=used

5490 yen (~$55)

I'd be interested to hear your comparison/impressions :)

I am very excited about the sounds coming out of my FLAC files on my clip plus.

I've been using the GR 07 almost exclusively for a couple weeks and these seem to complement perfectly. I love the signature and cannot wait for mental burn in to make them sound even better!

Wonder if these still are worth getting, even though I've already been excited by Yamaha EPH100 and Zero Audio DX200 rolleyes.gif

To keep it short and simple, I'd say that the GR 07 leans toward the analytical side while the 90s are more fun. Don't get me wrong both are very fun to listen to, but I feel like there is more detail and the sonics all the 90s just make you want to bob your head. And yes that may seem backwards when you consider the 90s are a BA.

There is 1 brand new RED LTD edition FXT90 available on Amazon JP:

Oh boy I expected these to be much more expensive than gold edition

Would grab in a heart beat if I didnt get a black pair 2 months ago

Mine finally bit the dust :( The cable became frayed and is now exposed. It wouldn't last much longer given how much I use IEMs so they are now retired. I bought the Westone 3 to replace them and it's nice having a new sound signature for my brain to absorb. I will miss the FXT90s for everyday use, but they will still come with me on vacations and camping trips since the Westone 3's are too expensive to put in danger like that. I am a bit dissapointed that the 90's didn't last longer than 9 months though, since I treated them with much care.
