Need help identifiying this type of lamp for my amplifier

The lights blew out of my dual cv 1260 amplifier a while ago, and I am trying to get it fixed. I tore it apart and took out the lamp, but I have no idea where to buy a replacement. Here is what it looks like: http://i.imgur.com/vrMeW.jpg

And here is how it looks all put together: http://www.canuckaudiomart.com/view_images.php?cat=Receivers&catnick=receivers&cfid=95205&image_id=639028

I already tried radioshack and they have no idea where to buy another one.

Also my observation, with the amplifier on, I tried measuring the voltage across the terminals and it measured between 3-11 mV (kept on wavering). Maybe something is wrong with the power transformer too?

it looks like a 12V neon to me.

something like http://australia.rs-online.com/web/search/searchBrowseAction.html?method=getProduct&R=1935137

that link is just the first result of a google search for "12V axial neon" should be pretty common

did you try measuring the voltage in AC setting too? cos this sort of globe can be used with DC or AC

Now i can't promise you it's a 12V type cos they'd come in other voltages too

Thanks! It's actually 15V AC. I should've thought of measuring in AC, but I thought since theres a power transformer in there everything would be in DC, and that axial neon looks exactly like what I'm looking for. Thanks for all your help.
