Thread Starter
Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has purchased anything from globalsound.com.au before. I can't seem to find many references to them and just wanted to check if they're trustworthy or not (apologies if this is in the incorrect forum).

Thanks

Just wanted to warn everyone about global sound this guy is bad news.
I have been stung by him...

I just found these links explaing it all. He has traded under a few different names.

One thing that confirms all of this for me is the name of the "Manager" has been removed from his FAQ page since I made this post on here. (within 8 hours, impressive!)

If you listen to the article on that nz tv show Fair Go they tell you his name.
I checked it was the same name on the GlobalSound.com.au Web site today once I had watched the investigation. Then went back to check it again tonight and his name has magically vanished...

You can verify what I am saying by checking the google cache.

and here is the page as it looks now...

Why would he remove his name if he had nothing to hide?

Also the "manager" of Global Sound has a history of butting in on forums to try and throw people of the trail.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM GLOBAL SOUND TRADE.  THIS GUY IS A FIRST CLASS SCAMMER.  He took me for over $300.  Don't do it. Don't do it.  Don't do it!!!!  Did I make my point clear?!!?!?!?!?!?

After he scams you, he pretends it was a mistake, throws up smoke and mirrors drags it on.  Then he cuts communication.

Again, DON'T DO IT...YOU WILL REGRET IT ... YOU'VE BEEN FAIR WARNED!

Yes I've heard of them they seem to operate with the blessing of the corporate watchdog!

they must know what is happening with lots of people being ripped of.

I bought about $380 dollars worth of stuff they told me it had been delivered even though no such parcel was delivered through my post office. some tracking Numbers for parcels are the same as someone else's strange............

Global Sound is a massive scam!
It has now been two months since i bought a Mackie Onyx 1640i worth $1785 off the website.
Has not replied to a single email or message left on his facebook.
Definitely would not recommend anyone use Global Sound Trade
