While tube rolling a pin broke off flush with the top of a socket in my el84 amp ... and I am trying to leverage it out using a sharp thin safety pin ....
I certainly hope i wont have to desolder the socket .... 
Not a happy camper today .... 
BTW any ideas or advice are welcome ... and please do not suggest throwing it out the window ... I have already thought of it ! 
Well if thats my major problem in life ... not so bad huh?

Update 
... I was able to slowly nudge the broken pin up bit by bit using a safety pin until I could grab the tip of it with some needle nose pliers .... I think I would have made a really good dentist !
