headphones and a amp for around 100$

ok so im a noob when it comes to amps and good headphones, i want to get both for around 100$, i manly lisen to music at my desk so the amp doesnt have to be portable. do i even need a amp with my bugget or should i just get 100$ headphones. i manly lisen to electronic/dance music

I am thinking M50 or some Ultrasones os sony xb500/700 but I am not really familiar with their pricing.
