Replacement AC Adapter for Bellari HA540 headphone amp

Thread Starter

I just bought a second hand Bellari headphone amp off the bay. The item looks pretty much new, but the seller told me the old AC adapter had intermittent power issues. I jiggled the ac adapter around and it does seem to have a rattle like there is something loose inside.

The seller sent me a lego toy power adapter instead which he said he used with the Bellari and it worked fine. I'm a bit skeptical, however, as it seems to have different specs written on it when compared to the stock Bellari adapter. I will list both specs bellow.

My question, then, is where can I source an affordable replacement for the Bellari ac adapter? Also, is the lego power adapter the proper one to work with this amp, or could it have caused damage to the amp? Thanks for the help and sorry if my question is a newb one (I dunno much about power adapters).

Bellari power adapter specs:

-MODEL SDF1500020A1

Output: 15 V

Input: 100-240v, 50/60 Hz, 0.18A

Lego Power adapter

Output: 12 VAC, 7A

-Input: 20 VAC, 60 Hz, 0.12A

Hopefully these specs are correct as I wrote them down late at night, if they don't make sense I will double check them.

It would be better to get a power supply with specs that match the stock one.
