Suggestions for a high capacity flac player

Thread Starter

I want to get a player with at least 80GB capacity to play my ripped flac music.  Currently I own a pair of monster turbine pro copper headphones and have been running them from an 8GB 2nd generation Ipod nano with Rockbox.  I'm also considering getting a headphone amp to improve sound quality.

My considerations for the player:

- must play flac files, of course

- sound quality (though this would be less important with an amp)

- size (the smaller the better)

- price

- battery life

- not jailed to software (like Itunes)

Not important are:

- video playback

- any extras

I don't mind getting a used player or older model.  Actually this would be preferable if I can save a good amount.

Ii will recommend the S:Flo2 because it has dedicated lineout but capacity willbe maximum to 48GB(include Micro SD card). If using without AMPs then i will recommend Cowon X7(120GB, 160GB).
