100euro amp for hd650

Hello,

Let me start with my first question is it worth buying an amp in this price range if I already have: cmoy with massive caps(not built yet, but I have the parts and I have built a cmoy already sadly I broke it) and I also have an old yamaha ax-500 stereo amplifier of which I use the headphone out. I know neither of these are really worthy of the hd650, but hey I thought if I splash out on the headphones I just have to upgrade the amp lol makes stuff easier(in my head anyways). I also have an asus D2X sound card so I think that shouldn't bottleneck.

So would it be a significant improvement to buy a creek obh-11, project headbox, little dot mk2, fiio e9(or anything in the price range) over a cmoy?

My next question is: many people say things like powerfull bass, warm sound,.. stuff like that, can't those things be changed with the sound card software, for example I prefer a touch more bass than default(on my yamaha amp) because I find it makes the music warmer is there anything wrong with editing the sound with software like that? If not can't I just get any detailed high quality amp and change the sound signature with software so it suits my likings?

Ans lastly if it is worth it to buy an amp in this price range which one? Or is there a no-brainer which is more expensive?(my budget is flexible but I would definately prefer to stay under the 150euro range but you know 170 or 200 would do too you get the idea).

Thanks in advance
