I'll make sure not to post anything humorous, just for you guys and in fear of getting a crazy reply like that

I agree that it is great but no big deal. What would be special is if you found a time machine so you could go back to 1976 and buy a lid with that $10.00 and bring to back to the future. Then the whole experience would be double cool.

i concur, we should all go back to our seemingly endless obsession with cats.

in all seriousness, I'm damn surprised by his claim that these cards are very common..

100% winning matching number cards are not common, thats nonsense and a massive exaggeration.  Especially so on a scratch off card with 10 numbers to win on.

And yes, the humor related "anything" will cease, because we all know the Members lounge is serious business and nothing humorous should be posted here

No, stating a simple fact that those tickets are quite common, and if the woman who sold it to him thought it was rare she obviously hasn't been working there very long.

This is one of the best quoted lines I've ever seen and I will be using it often "winning the lotto with 100% matching numbers is a common thing, I've done it countless times" or something like that as I am too lazy to scroll around on the page to get the exact quote.  Just precious...

Referring back to my algorithm la-de-da 'technically' you are at greater odds of getting a card with all $1 amounts than you are say 9x$1 and a 1x$2 ~ simply because $1 appears much more often than $2 and greater still than $5 and so on.

To reiterate, you're just really unlucky. tongue.gif

Every state has a different type of lotto card. In California we have cards which have all the numbers win all the time! Still the payout is only $5-$10.
