Sennheiser impedance question

Does Sennheiser screw with their impedance ratings? I was comparing the HD 201 (24 nominal) directly to the Grado SR80i (32 normal) and found the Grado MUCH easier to drive. The HD 201 sounded as loud as the Grado set four clicks lower on my Zune HD (1-30 volume scale).

Sensitivity is also a factor.

Yeah.  You need to know both the sensitivity/efficiency and the impedance.
