On a tight budget. any recommendations for a cheap mp3 player?

So im on a tight budget after buying some ultrasone hfi 580.

Budget: around 50-60

Looking for: Audio quality and a decent eq

and something that works well with the ultrasone hfi without an amp

hold up there I would look into the fuze as well, also made by sansa. It is very, very similar to the clip, it is a little bigger, has longer battery life, can play videos ( apearntly not all too well ) and lastly it has a line out dock. I have a clip but if I went back I wouldn probably get the fuze. Oh forgot to mention, it can be bought refurbished in good condition for around 40 bucks.

Sansa Clip+/Fuze is the way to go

Yes, the Sansa clip+ or fuze will work perfectly with them (I own the HFI-780, they go great w/my clip+).

 

Also, look into Rockbox - really opens up the Sansa player nicely,...
