HiFiMan 801 needs repair.

Hello Fang,

 

I emailed your company twice and have heard nothing in replay. I need my headphone jack replaced because I accidentally broke it. I don't mind paying for a repair as long as the price is reasonable.  I love your product and I'm mad that I broke my HiFiMan.  How do I go about getting it fixed? Please let me know.  Or if there is another member who can fix my HiFiMan at a reasonable price, please contact me. 

 

Sorry for posting this public, but I get no response from your customer service.

Your best luck is to phone them..  I've tried emailing, trying to chat on gmail chat, and posted on the forums here. Head-direct has HORRIBLE customer service and trying to get ANY kind of answer here is futile.  Fang only comes in to announce new products, never to answer a single question.

We have replied Rick's email on Jun 21th, but we got a notification that the email was not delivered threw. It seemed your email account has some issues, please check your email account asap.
