Media manager/converter for mac (sansa fuze)

Hey,  I just got a refurbed sansa fuze today for the gym and to mess around with. However I cant seem to find a good media managing program that would allow functionality similar to itunes. I know you can just drag and drop to the drive, but just seeing what everyone else out there does. I read there was a plugin for itunes that allows you to sync sansa devices but cant find it, and i cant find sansa media converter either.

I personally just drag and drop. If you install Rockbox on your Sansa, it will play any format except protected AAC (aka: iTunes music store).

Edit: I do have one in my applications folder called "Sync iTunes to Sansa Device-3.0," but it deletes the selected music files from your hard drive in the process (why the heck would you want to do that??? confused.gif).
